The concept focuses 100% on the people and community in the local neighborhood. While the delivery of goods to the logistics center is done by electric vehicles or on rails, the goods are delivered CO2-neutral by cargo bikes, electric cars or even by foot to the home.

Under the motto „Living on your own, while sharing your life“ this concept combines the amenities of a private apartment together with great common areas and facilities to create a strong feeling of community, social life and a fun atmosphere for students.
The self-contained apartments are fully-furnished and have everything a student needs: own kitchen corner and living area, private bathroom and bedroom with study area. Common facilities include: laundry, chill-out, social spaces and exercise area or gym; plus our super fast and reliable WiFi.
